The above is our theme text for this school year. We have a song that uses the same words, and is sung at all our assemblies. We chose to add the second sentence of the quote intentionally. The words And that is what we are! have a twofold meaning for us. In the first place they give us comfort for we are ALREADY God’s children by His immutable will. Secondly, it also helps us to consider how we treat one another since classmates, teachers, students, parents, etc. are also such children. May this message give us courage and strength every day!
